Use of Our Services

Our programs provide education, professional development and reflective learning related to Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD).

They are intended for professionals, volunteers and individuals seeking to deepen understanding and skill.

Participation must be lawful and respectful.

Not Therapy or Crisis Support

Our courses are educational in nature.
 

They do not provide medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice or crisis intervention.

If you require immediate or clinical support, please contact appropriate services in your area.

Registration & Accounts

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information.
 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts may not be shared unless explicitly permitted.

Payments & Refunds

Fees for courses or materials are listed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• fees are non-refundable after access is granted

• we may consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, handouts, frameworks and resources are owned by us or licensed for our use.

They are provided for individual learning only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or teach from these materials without written permission.

Respectful Participation

Our learning environments often involve emotionally charged and deeply personal subject matter.
 

Participants agree to:

• communicate respectfully

• avoid harassment or discrimination

• maintain professional conduct

• honor differing experiences and perspectives

We reserve the right to remove participants who compromise the safety or integrity of the space.

Confidentiality of Shared Experiences

Participants may share personal or professional stories.
 

You agree not to disclose identifying details or redistribute others’ experiences outside the learning environment.

While we encourage respectful practice, we cannot guarantee confidentiality from other participants.

Recordings

Some sessions or materials may be recorded for educational purposes.

By participating, you acknowledge that your attendance may be visible to others in the learning environment.

Modifications to Programming

We may update, reschedule or revise course content, instructors or delivery methods as needed.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.

 

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
