This policy explains when refunds may be available for courses, events and educational materials.
Online Courses & On-Demand Learning
Because access to materials is granted immediately upon purchase, fees are typically non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue or believe you registered in error, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Live Virtual or In-Person Events
Unless otherwise stated:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a refund minus any administrative or processing fees.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are generally non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another participant or to a future offering, where available.
Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that many people working in MAiD experience unpredictable clinical, personal or family situations.
If something significant arises, please reach out.
We will do our best to find a reasonable solution.
If We Cancel or Reschedule
If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration.
