This course introduces the foundational principles of MAiD in Canada while exploring what makes this end-of-life choice emotionally, ethically, and relationally distinct. From scheduled death to anticipatory grief, participants will gain a deep understanding of the layered psychosocial realities faced by individuals, families, and professionals, and begin to clarify their role in psychosocial care.
